The cost to buy an Unit Franchise starts from Rs 36, 60,000 + 18% GST (Thirty Six lakhs sixty thousand only + 18% GST).
What are the extra expenses that can come apart from the Franchise Cost?
The shop should have tile flooring, which will be extra. The franchise is also responsible for any interior work, painting, and furniture. (The approximate cost will come around Rs. 30,000/- to Rs.200, 000/- depending on the model) Real estate charges like shop rent and security amount has to be borne by the franchise

How will Franchise Fee utilized?
Franchise fee will be used to buy all equipments such as refrigerator, deep freezer, induction stove, high pressure gas stove, fruit mixer, tea utensils, tea leaf, branded glasses, name boards, display menu, lollipop board, decoration items, photo frames, billing counter etc and an initial stock.
What is the term period of the agreement of Franchise?
The term period of the franchise is of lifetime. This means no additional charges for renewal.
Where are the locations, can I take a Franchise?
We are available in West Bengal but since this is a FOFO Model so anybody from anywhere in India can take franchise.
What is the ROI?

Will the brand provide stock for preparing everything in the menu when initial stock is over?
The brand will supply all the major ingredients. But there are some items which the franchisee has to buy locally. We will provide a list of items supplied by the brand and their price.
Does TEAGRILL have a centralized billing system?
Since this is an online restaurant, the sales are via online portals. We will give the user Id & Password of the platform to the franchise for operational purpose.
How do I sign the agreement if I am not from West Bengal or Sikkim?
The agreement can be signed online. We will send the agreement online and you can scan & print the agreement & sign it.
Do I need to have a GST Number or a company to take the franchise?
No, you can take the franchise on the individual Name.
Is there any experience required of food business or any business?
No
How much time it takes after paying to start the business?
The maximum time taken for the integration is 60 – 90 days.
Can I and my friend start 1 single franchise together?

The approximate sales vary from 1lac* – 6 lac* rupees per month for the first 3 – 12 months*.

- Please send the google map and 360 degree video of shop location for Location approval.
- Raw material will be supplied by the company (TEAGRILL)
- All other perishable raw material like eg. Veggies, fruits, sugar, bread, milk, chicken, paneer etc should be brought from local market.
- Raw materials supplied by company should not be sold to outsiders in or bought from outsiders.
- Waterinlet, floor-mounted drainage & toilet compulsory
- Menu price can be changed if raw material cost varies in different location subject to approval by TeaGrill Pvt Ltd
- TeaGrill deals in diverse food menu which is offered in master outlet but for other franchise outlet selected food varieties will be offered depending on the market need.
What if I want to exit?
The restaurant franchise cannot be returned but it can be transferred.
