Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once the order is cancelled, amount will be refunded for ‘Prepaid Orders’ as per Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Criteria

• Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer's address (Street number, Landmark etc.) will lead to Auto-Cancellation.
• In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on our website, customer may decide to cancel the Order.
• Unavailability of products - in exceptional cases, if a product runs "out of stock", the order will be cancelled.
• If an area falls under "Non-Serviceable zone" or "out of delivery area" by our Logistic Courier Partner(s) – the order may be cancelled by us despite placing the order.
• Suspected fraudulent information or Violation of our Policies may lead to Order Cancellation.

The cancellation will only be considered if we receive a request on e-mail from you, within 48 hours of placing the order.
