Sunrise School is a co-educational English Medium School permanently affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi. The School follows the ICSE curriculum till the class 10th and ISC for Class 12th. It was established in the year 1991. The school is run by close knitted body of intellectual individuals who are the members of the Governing Body under the Society for Academic Upliftment Darjeeling. The school has been able to reach new heights in imparting quality education to the upcoming generations and also making Education easily accessible to the nearby areas.We take immense pride in saying that the school completed its glorious 25 years in the year 2016 and with time the school has been able to produce students with great caliber and are able to do wonders in their careers. Our school was established to meet the ever growing demand for English Language Education and we have tried our best to leave no stones unturned to discharge our duties and responsibilities towards our students and society. Since its establishment in the year 1991 Sunrise School has come a long way to become what it is today. Sunrise School kept striding forward from a Primary Level into a Upper Primary Level then to ICSE and now ISC Level. In the year 2006 the first milestone was achieved when our school got its official recognition from the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi . Then in the year 2014 our school got the permission to start the ISC (+2) classes for Humanities, Science and Commerce, along with a Permanent Affiliation from the Council.
